1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 15bdt platform and all services related to it. "Platform" refers to the 15bdt website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.

"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on 15bdt and is using any service on the platform. "Services" refers to online gaming, sports betting, casino games, bonus programs, and all related activities.

By registering on the platform or starting to use its services, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on 15bdt, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or used by anyone else.
• Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled and the associated balance being forfeited.

Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out from the account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 15bdt platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions through methods not on this list are not possible.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits will be reflected in the account after the transaction is verified.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Make sure to provide the correct account number and details at the time of transaction. 15bdt is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are counted only when wagering on eligible games.
• Each bonus offer can be used only once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 15bdt reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period; if the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5 Gaming Rules

Fair Play Policy

All games on the 15bdt platform are operated fairly and transparently. We use industry-standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting using multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
• Automated betting using third-party software or bots.
• Attempting to fix outcomes in coordination with other members (collusion).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Betting Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute about a betting outcome, please contact our support team first. In the case of a technical error, server log data will be considered final.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

The 15bdt VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. Cashback is credited directly to the account and no separate application is required.

VIP benefits may change at any time. Members will be notified in advance where possible.

7 Responsible Gaming

15bdt believes that gaming is an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to enjoy gaming responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your means.

9 Account Suspension & Cancellation

15bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Order of a court or law enforcement authority.

In the event of account cancellation, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus-related funds will be determined based on the applicable terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 15bdt platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. Our liability is limited or nil in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical failure or internet connection disruption.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability during unplanned system maintenance.

There is always a possibility of loss in gaming. 15bdt is not responsible for financial losses — every betting decision is made at the user's own discretion.

11 Changes to Terms

15bdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
